I believe the real estate landscape is changing, and people are looking for an alternative to the big agency model, where you pay for everything, and often receive less than exceptional service. I’m here to provide an alternative.

My goal is not to sell the most houses in Newcastle, or make the most money, far from it. I came into real estate to do things differently, and ensure I provide real estate services the way I think they should be done. And this is to work with a smaller number of vendors per year, provide real personalised service, and walk them through every step of the process.

One of the biggest gripes people have with real estate agents, is they feel they are often not kept up to date throughout the campaign.

I ensure you know exactly what is happening every step of the way, and this goes a long way to reducing the stress of the process. I do this by:

Providing a step by step plan before we begin so you know what to expect.
I will provide a daily update (or less frequently if you prefer.
Provide a weekly written report showing all the statistics of your campaign, and I run through this with you at a face to face meeting.
I'll answer the phone when you call, and keep you updated of all developments throughout the campaign
